CAMERA COVERAGE
These are notes and references about the way we will cover actions and impromptu blocking on set. The talent will be moving fluidly throughout scenes and they will be off script. The films "live-stream" style of coverage will help cover large spaces. We can establish this language by getting B-Roll shots of the multiple cameras rigged throught Kevins home.
• Note the way the filmmakers cut on actions in order to smooth out the cuts from "streaming" cameras to "cinema" cameras.
• Streaming cameras feel much wider and have much deeper focus. Digital overlays and graphics are key.
• This clip is taken from the movie "The Circle" on set they likely lit the cinema camera moments separately from the streaming camera moments. We will likely not have time for this but can still achieve a desired relationship in the way the two looks relate.
